Dr. Felix Wu enjoys working with people of all ages and helping them achieve a beautiful and functional smile and bite.
Dr. Wu practiced as a general dentist in the Lower Mainland for seven years. His passion for orthodontics led him back to his alma mater to complete a three-year orthodontic specialty program at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Wu enjoys working with people of all ages and helping them achieve a beautiful and functional smile and bite. He strives to get to know the person behind the teeth and to make the orthodontic journey a fun and enjoyable one.
Dr. Wu is a firm believer that learning never stops and endeavors to stay up to date with advances in dental and orthodontic theories, innovations, and technologies. He has studied and trained at the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle and Spear Education in Arizona and has served as an instructor to third and fourth year dental students at UBC for numerous years. Dr. Wu is also a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, an honour granted to specialists who write and pass a series of comprehensive examinations and represents a personal and public commitment to a high standard of practice and lifelong learning.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wu enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, playing badminton, swimming, and traveling. Hawaii and Japan are two of his favorite travel destinations.
