What is a virtual orthodontic consultation?
With our virtual consultation process, patients can get preliminary orthodontic assessment and treatment advice through an online meeting with one of our orthodontists.
This can be a convenient way to assess whether orthodontic treatment is a good fit and to discuss potential treatment options before committing to in-person appointments.
If you have a busy schedule or are unsure whether orthodontic treatment is right for you, a virtual consultation is ideal... and there is absolutely no obligation!
How It Works
The process is simple: tell us a little bit about yourself, send some photos of your smile and we'll book an online call with you.
1. Take Photos of Your Smile
Begin by taking eight clear photos of your smile, as shown in the examples below. We recommend standing in front of a window or using bright lighting when taking these pictures.
2. Complete the Form
You will then complete the consultation request form provided below. Be sure to include all personal details and attach the images that you took of your smile.
3. Meet Your Orthodontist Online
You will meet virtually with your orthodontist to discuss your concerns and smile goals. Your orthodontist will review your images and develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.
4. Begin Your Treatment
If you decide to take the next step, we will schedule an in-person appointment, where we will confirm your treatment plan and financial details. Welcome to your smile journey!
