Dr. Naseh is proud to be part of the myORTHODONTIST team, providing support to every patient and helping them to achieve straighter smiles.
Dr. Roya Naseh graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 1997. She obtained the first rank in her class, all while raising her one-year-old daughter.
After practicing as a general dentist for two years, Dr. Roya returned to Mashhad University and graduated from a three-year orthodontic residency in 2002. She again obtained the first rank in the National Dental Board Exam.
Dr. Roya worked as a university professor for 15 years at Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, where she taught orthodontics to undergraduate and postgraduate students. She also held multiple different executive roles, such as Dean Associate in Education, Orthodontic Department Head, and Research Centre Head, which led to publishing multiple papers in local and international journals.
Dr. Roya immigrated to Canada in 2017 and soon after was accepted to the one-year orthodontic gap training course at the University of Alberta. Passing The Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC) exam in 2019, she practiced as a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics.

Apart from her career as an orthodontist, Dr. Roya is a mom to three children. She enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.
