TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, please notify us of any change in plans as soon as possible. This will allow us to schedule another patient in the appointment slot.

Our goal is to make orthodontic treatment more accessible and affordable for people from all walks of life. We will work with you to create a customized payment plan that works for you and your family.

You are responsible for any amounts or copays not covered by insurance. These must be paid at your appointment.

We accept payment by cash, visa debit, debit and / or most major credit cards.

If you have orthodontic insurance coverage, we will be happy to assist you in determining the coverage you have available. 

We also can bill your insurance provider directly to relieve some of the pressure on you.

We have convenient parking in front of the office and street parking on 230th.
